Complete RFQ information reduces back-and-forth communication and improves product matching, sample review and quotation efficiency. Buyers should prepare product identification data, OE numbers or cross references, vehicle model and year, target quantity, expected lead time, packaging requirements, quality or certificate needs, and sample, drawing or photo attachments when available.
If the data is not complete yet, submit what you have. The sales team will advise what else is needed based on product family, data completeness and project complexity, then track the RFQ in the sales admin workflow.
